Area Summary Rendham is a village and civil parish in Suffolk Coastal that sits on the B1119 between Saxmundham and Framlingham. Its immediate neighbour of Sweffling is separated from Rendham by a bridge that passes over the River Alde. The village itself has an active and thriving community that makes use of its community assets. Rendham has a recently refurbished village hall that used to be the location of the village school. Up the road from the village hall is the parish church and local pub which (confusingly) has the same name as the establishment in neighbouring Sweffling. The parish benefits from a good amount of outside space with a local play area, village green and grassy knoll in the north. The area hosts a number of events including an annual fete.
