In 2015 TECNOTask started to operate as “Mechanical Contractor”, with direct manpower, equipment and tools allowing to its Clients to have a complete high quality service granting high standards in terms of safety, quality and scheduling.
TECNOTask performs and completes projects in the fields of Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power Plants, respecting the Clients Schedule and budget and developing ever innovative and technological solutions, ensuring always the best result aimed to Client’s Satisfaction. It is developed in two major phases:

Phase 1: “PREPARATION” During this important phase we will coordinate with Client Planning Team:
o WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);
o OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure);
o Milestones;
o Scheduling;
o Reporting; PRE-SHUTDOWN AND SHUTDOWN
SHUT-DOWN PROJECT CONTROL
Phase 2: “EXECUTION” This phase includes the following activities: o Daily Progress Meeting;
o Daily Schedule updating;
o Critical Path Monitoring;
o Daily Manpower Reporting;
o Weekly & Final Reports; Through its n. 2 fully WORKSHOP 1 WORKSHOP 2 equipped workshops located in the petrochemical area of Priolo Gargallo in the East Coast of Sicily, TECNOTask can comply with its Clients requirements / needs not only in terms of fabrication but also of transports since they face the sea. TECNOTask is at the forefront for modularized activities through its owned yard having a surface of 163.000 sqm located in Marina di Melilli, Syracuse.
