Fergus, a five year old Tibetan terrier, originates from a breeder in Pennsylvania who names all of her puppies based on a theme. His theme? Shrek. Fergus and his siblings Felicia and Fargo were named after the triplets that Shrek and Meet Fergus Fiona have in Shrek 2. The name suits Fergus well, and the Katz pets family would never think of changing it!

Fergus loves to outside, and there is an invisible fence, so the family doesn’t have to worry about him being off the leash outside. Sometimes, Fergus and a random deer will have a stare down. It’s too beautiful outside to waste these precious sunny days in the kitchen, but you know how I feel about home-made goodies and this one takes no time at all to whip up! Make a batch or two using your favorite seasonal berries and keep in the fridge for a grab-and-go breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, or an evening treat with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of green tea (one of my favorite ways to enjoy). These are made with whole grains, natural sweeteners and packed with anti-oxidants! Kid and adult approved!
