INCUMBENT PAIRINGS REPORTS Incumbent Pairings Reports Comparison of Legislature’s S9030 Plan and the Coalition’s SPUBS0178 Plan The charts below show incumbent pairings in the Legislature’s proposed Senate districts and the Coalition’s alternative Senate districts. The column for “S9030 District” and “Coalition SPUBS0178 District” denotes the district in which incumbent legislators reside and/or have stated they will run for re-election. The charts also include a column to indicate whether an incumbent is term-limited. If an incumbent is paired with another incumbent in a new district, the row will be shaded, and the “Pairings” column will include an explanation of which other incumbent will run against that particular incumbent. If an incumbent is paired with a term-limited incumbent, their rows are shaded. If the pairing is between two non-term-limited incumbents, their rows are filled in with matching colors.
