2018 Mother Earth FutureFERNS Year 3-4 Festival Day

Sunday 17th June, 9am to 12pm Vautier Park, Puriri Terrace,

Age Group: Year 3-4 teams only

Coach/supervision: Each team MUST have an on court coach and an off court supervisor ______

Festival Information

 Warm welcome to commence at 9am followed by team warm up  Teams will play 3 mini games in a round on, round off tournament  Games will be 2x 8 minute halves with a 2 minute half time. Rounds will start every 20 minutes so teams need to be ready to get on court as soon as the round before is finished  Substitutions can be made at any time by one player coming off and another replacing them just like in our weekly games  Teams will need to sign in when they arrive to pick up their ball and bibs for the festival, with these needing to be returned at the conclusion of the morning  Teams will have one on-court coach as well as an off-court supervisor to help with substitutions and any other issues that may arise  Junior Coordinators will be present to assist teams, keep games on time and make sure games are running smoothly  No scores will be taken for games; this little tournament is just a fun taster for the players to take part in  Postponement: a call will be made by 8am whether the tournament will be postponed due to weather. The decision will be posted on both of our Facebook pages, and the Netball Manawatu website. Postponement date is Sunday 24th June.
