    VAL NESBITT TROPHY & AUSTRALIAN UNDER 15 INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIPS BY-LAWS AUSTRALIAN UNDER 15 VAL NESBITT CARNIVAL BY-LAWS 27.1 ELIGIBILITY 27.1.1. Teams shall be restricted to any State or Region within the boundaries and affiliated to either the Australian Badminton Association or the New Zealand Badminton Federation, and additional teams representing nations affiliated to the BWF, subject also to the provisions of 27.3. 27.1.2. Competitors must have bona-fide registration to the national association affiliated to the BWF of the country where they normally reside. 27.1.3. All competitors must be under the age of 15 years on December 31 of the year in which the carnival is held. 27.1.4. The Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory may combine to form a team to be known as “The Territories”. Any team so formed will be an official team in the event and may also include players from the State hosting the event. Such players will be chosen by and at the discretion of the host State. 27.1.5. Players who have made themselves available for selection in their State or Territory team but were not selected ARE eligible to enter the Individual Championships subject to rule 27.3.3. and 27.3.4 27.2 STRUCTURE AND MANAGEMENT 27.2.1.
