Professional sporting leagues have the right to shift the starting date & time of games to accommodate television network requirements. 43 ON ALL TOURS Cancellation Cancellation by Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. Information Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any tour from its schedule, due to lack of participation. When a tour is canceled, customers may transfer to another tour if available; apply payment to another tour; or receive a full refund. Payments made by credit card will be credited to your original form of payment and may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Payments made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 7-10 days. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.’s sole liability for a full refund is limited only to the amount of monies paid. Cancellation Due to Weather If Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is forced to cancel a tour due to inclement weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the tour. If the tour cannot be rescheduled, a refund in the form of a credit slip will be issued. Travel Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. strongly recommends travel insurance to protect your Insurance investment should unforeseen circumstances occur. Travel insurance protects you from two types of financial losses: the money you invest in the tour and medical expenses that your health insurance may not cover. When travel insurance is not purchased, customer will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with their travel arrangements. Changes Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to any tour. Admission Tickets to events and attractions will be held in our office and given out on the Tickets day of departure by your Driver or Tour Director. Tickets will be released to passengers who request no transportation, two days prior to the tour date, in exchange for their Confirmation & Invoice. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not re- sponsible for any lost or stolen tickets, once tickets have been released from our office. On certain tours, mobile ticketing may dictate delivery.

44 Gratuity to Tour Director and Driver gratuity is not included in the price of the tour. Tour Director Suggested gratuity for each Tour Director and Driver is $3-$5 per person, per & Driver day. Gratuity should be based on the level of service you receive. Our employees do not solicit gratuities. An envelope is provided in Multi-Day Tour packets.

Meal Stops Due to length of travel, meal stops may be made on tours. Passengers are responsible for meals on own. These stops are frequently dictated by circumstance; therefore, service, price and quality of food are beyond the control of Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.

Valid passports are required for all international travel. Valid Government-Issued identification is required for casino bonuses and admittance. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not responsible and will not give refunds for the unused portion of any tour due to lack of proper identification and documentation.

Parking Complimentary parking is available at our departure locations. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not responsible for theft and/or damage to parked cars. Objectionable Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person Persons as a member of any tour, at any time. A person whose condition or overall behavior impedes the operation of the tour or affects the rights, welfare or general enjoyment of other tour passengers, will be terminated from participating.

Photography Trans-Bridge Tours patrons may be photographed while on tour. Pictures may be posted on Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.’s website and official social media accounts and/or used for printed and promotional items. If you do not want your picture taken, please inform your Tour Director.

45 Smoking All tours are non-smoking. Federal and state laws do not permit smoking on public transportation. Offenders may be removed from the motorcoach.

Alcohol Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on board motorcoaches chartered by Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. Alcohol may be stored on board the coach as long as it is unopened and secure. Sporting Events: Coolers may be stored in the luggage bay until arrival and parking of motorcoach at sports stadium, where tailgating is allowed.
