A Look Back at 2018 There’s something for everyone at ECPL, and this month we’re pleased to share a look back at what that means in terms of programs and people. As of this writing in early November, we took a snapshot of the programs and activities that have tak- en place throughout the year, and we’re thrilled to share some of the highlights.
