The ARP enables the PUC to review the company’s operations for the past year to endure that the objectives set out in the 2005 Full Tariff Review Proceeding (FTRP) are achieved.

The Process · The PUC will accept comments from the public until April 22, 2008 · The PUC will deliver its Initial Decision no later than May 2, 2008 · Interested Parties have 10 days after the Initial Decision to comment in writing to the PUC · The PUC makes its Final Decision which adopts the Initial Decusuib if there are no objections · If the Licensee or an interested party objects, the PUC must appoint an Independent Expert to review the Initial Decision within 10 days · The Independent Expert is to deliver a written report no later than 20 days after appointment · Then the PUC makes its Final Decision not more than 15 days after the submission of the Independent Expert’s report
