Based on HFHS decision to discontinue using Powerlink services, all Powerlink positions at HFHS will be eliminated as of 12/ 12/2015.
Accordingly, we are sending you this notice to satisfy the requirements of the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN) Act, 29 U.S.C.§2102, et seq. WARN requires that we notify you of the following:
1. Due to HFHS decision to discontinue using Powerlink to provide environmental services, Powerlink expects to terminate its employees assigned to HFHS facilities as listed above.
2. The above action is expected to be permanent.
3. The exact date( s) of separation is 12/12/2015.
4. The specific job titles of Powerlink employees affected including numbers in each classification is as follows:
