About Greenfield Lodge

It is thought Greenfield Lodge Farm House was built in 1848 for Earl Spencer who owned the property for many years before it was acquired by the Crown and resided in the Duchy of Lancaster portfolio of property and land for many years before being sold into private ownership in 1995.

The current owners acquired Greenfield Lodge and outbuildings in 2016 since when the property has undergone complete refurbishment internally with a number of curtilage outbuildings also being converted to provide a further 2,500 square feet of entertaining space to include a super Garden Kitchen overlooking a recently installed Tennis Court and a Cinema Room which compliments the vast Party Barn which had already been converted.

Further planning has been acquired for a Gym and Sauna complex and the first fix of works has already been completed, as well as a sunken Glass Room off the main Kitchen - Breakfast Room. Again the first fix has been completed and the 'Glass Room' acquired and stored on site for the build to be completed.

The property comes with approx. 13.5 acres of paddock land, most of which is post and rail with water troughs, with the remainder hedged.

Set back approx. 500 metres along a private drive - owned by Greenfield Lodge - secured by an electric gate the property is located just six miles to the north of the popular market town of Olney and approx. five miles south of where the well respected is located.
