Hillary Rodham Clinton Hillary Rodham Clinton: A History of Scandal, Corruption and Cronyism Dear Concerned American, Liberty Guard is publishing this booklet on Hillary Rodham Clinton’s history of scandal, corruption and cronyism because you won’t hear much about it from the mainstream news media. This booklet provides a summary of Hillary Clinton’s most serious scandals (that we know about so far), including many probable crimes. Our goal is to have tens of millions of Americans reading this little book before the 2016 Election so that Americans can make an informed decision with their vote. But we need your immediate help to do this. It costs us about $1 to send a copy of this little book through the mail to one American citizen. So if you are able to send LIBERTY GUARD a donation of $25, for example, this will allow us to distribute a copy of this little book via postal mail to 25 citizens. If you are able to send a $15 donation, we can put this booklet in the mailboxes of 15 Americans. Will you help make this HILLARY CLINTON BOOK DISTRIBUTION CAMPAIGN the success I know it will be if every patriot who reads this letter contributes what they can? Most members and supporters of LIBERTY GUARD are sending donations in the $15 to $25 range — though some of our friends are blessed to be able to send larger donations of $50, $100, $500, $1,000 or even more, while our other friends are making an equal sacrifice by sending donations of $12, $10 or even $8. Every dollar we receive in donations matters, and will be used immediately to put copies of this little book in the hands of a voters. Please do what you can to help! Sincerely, Congressman Bob Barr Member of Congress, 1995-2003 Former United States Attorney Founder and Chairman, LIBERTY GUARD A History of Scandal, Corruption and Cronyism 1) NEW YORK TIMES: Here’s how the Clintons arranged the transfer of 20 percent of U.S. uranium assets to Russia. Canadian uranium billionaire Frank Giustra and Bill Clinton flew to Kazakhstan together. Giustra then landed a huge uranium mining deal. Giustra donated $31 million and pledged another $100 million to the Clinton Foundation. In 2010 a Russian company wanted to buy Uranium One, which had taken over Giustra’s company. The new Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Telfer, secretly donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation, which failed to report this money. In June of 2010, Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 to deliver a speech in Moscow. In October of 2010, the U.S. State Department under Hillary Clinton approved the sale of Uranium One to the Russian company. The $135 million in donations the Clinton Foundation received from investors in Uranium One were never disclosed, violating Hillary’s signed deal with the Obama administration. Uranium is the essential element needed to make nuclear weapons. Thanks to Hillary, Russia now controls 20 percent of U.S. uranium. 2) HUFFINGTON POST: Clintons were 1 Hillary Rodham Clinton paid at least $3.4 million for 18 speeches funded by banks invested in the Keystone XL pipeline. Hillary Clinton’s State Department then approved the building of the Keystone Pipeline (which President Obama then overruled and nixed). 3) INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TIMES: 20 countries that donated substantial money to the Clinton Foundation were approved by the State Department to receive $1.65 billion in weapons from the United States. 4) WASHINGTON POST: In violation of an ethics agreement Hillary had signed with the Obama Administration, the Clintons failed to disclose the names of 1,100 donors to the Clinton Foundation from foreign countries. 5) VOX: At least 181 major donors to the Clinton Foundation had business before Hillary’s State Department and lobbied Hillary’s State Department. 6) BUZZFEED: At least two of Hillary Clinton’s top donors were major felons who are now serving long prison terms for fraud. 2 A History of Scandal, Corruption and Cronyism 7) CLINTON CASH book: The corrupt international soccer governing federation FIFA donated $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. 8) CLINTON CASH book: The Qatar 2022 Olympic Committee donated $750,000 to the Clinton Foundation. 9) CLINTON CASH book: The corrupt Islamic regime of Qatar (headquarters for many terrorist organizations) has donated between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation, but the Foundation won’t reveal the exact number. 10) ASSOCIATED PRESS: The Clintons have a secret “pass through” company called WJC, LLC designed to channel secret payments to the Clintons. 11) NEW YORK TIMES: Long-time political hatchet man for the Clintons, Sidney Blumenthal, received a salary of $10,000 per month from the Clinton Foundation to perform tasks for Hillary and to help lay the groundwork for Hillary’s 2016 Presidential run. This is a good example of how the Clintons are using the Clinton Foundation 3 Hillary Rodham Clinton illegally to finance Hillary’s run for President. The tax-exempt purpose of the Clinton Foundation is supposed to be for charity, not to fund Hillary’s political operations. 12) WASHINGTON POST: Entities who are top Clinton Foundation donors also paid Bill and Hillary at least $26 million in speaking fees, suggesting the Clinton Foundation acts more as a personal slush fund for the Clintons than a charitable endeavor. 13) WASHINGTON TIMES: The Clinton Foundation spent just 10 percent of the $1.8 billion it raised on charitable endeavors. Most of the money was spent on lavish travel, staff, overhead and to pay friends of the Clintons. The Clinton Foundation has acted as a corrupt shadow campaign operation for Hillary’s 2016 run for the Presidency. 14) CHRIS WALLACE, FOX NEWS: After the devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010, Bill Clinton was appointed co-chair of the Haitian Relief Committee which approved millions of dollars in new projects for the relief effort. In 2010 and 2011, Digicel, a mobile phone company, 4 A History of Scandal, Corruption and Cronyism received more than $2 million to set up a money transfer program in Haiti. The company’s owner, Irish billionaire Dennis O’Brien, arranged four speeches for Clinton for $825,000 and contributed between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation. That was the vague disclosure in the Clinton Foundation tax returns, which would not reveal the exact number. 15) CHRIS WALLACE, FOX NEWS: For the first time in 50 years, a gold mining permit was granted giving VCS Mining, which was a startup company, permission to mine gold in Haiti. On the board of this mining company is Tony Rodham, the brother of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Tony Rodham has no background in mining. 16) Between 2001 and 2012, Bill Clinton made 13 speeches for which he was paid $500,000 or more per speech. Eleven of those 13 speeches were at least eight years after he left the presidency, while Hillary was Secretary of State. In other words, Bills Clinton’s speaking fees went up exponentially when Hillary became Secretary of State, when foreign 5 Hillary Rodham Clinton companies had business involving the State Department. So this appears to be a blatant system of bribery. 17) After revelations that tens of millions of dollars in foreign donations poured into the Clinton Foundation became public, the foundation announced it would refile five years of tax returns. In one three-year period, it omitted tens of millions of dollars in foreign contributions, reporting “zero” to the IRS. In another two-year period, it admitted to over reporting government grants by more than $100 million. 18) The estimated net worth of the Clintons is now $150 million — all gained in the 15 years since Bill Clinton left office. Did Bill and Hillary make this money by inventing something, or by manufacturing something, or building something of value? No. They made their money by trading on their connections in government. Mostly they were bribed in the form of lavish speaking and consulting fees by corporations that had business before the government. Is a single speech by Bill Clinton really worth $500,000? Is the content of his speeches really this valuable? 6 A History of Scandal, Corruption and Cronyism Other Major Hillary Clinton Scandals 1) Clintons use IRS as weapon against critics Barack Obama and his Administration were not the first to use the IRS against political critics. The Clintons perfected this to a science in the 1990s. Under the Clinton Administration, many prominent conservative organizations were audited by the IRS — including the Heritage Foundation, the National Rifle Association, Concerned Women for America, Citizens Against Government Waste, National Review, American Spectator, the National Center for Public Policy Research, the American Policy Center, American Cause, Citizens for Honest Government, Progress and Freedom Foundation, David Horowitz’s Center for the Study of Popular Culture, the Western Journalism Center and more. Individuals singled out for audits during the Clinton administration included the women Bill Clinton had affairs with — Gennifer Flowers and Liz Ward Gracen — as well as his sexual assault accusers Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey, along with fired 7 Hillary Rodham Clinton White House Travel Office Director Billy Dale and attorney Kent Masterson Brown. Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly was audited three times under the Clinton presidency. The Washington Times and The Wall Street Journal were unable to find a single liberal organization that had been audited by the IRS. 2) FBI “Filegate”: Using the FBI to Conduct Opposition Research Against Critics of the Clintons In the 1990s, Hillary Clinton spearheaded the illegal collection of FBI background files on political opponents of the Clintons.

NEWS RELEASE Tyson Foods Tops FORTUNE World’s Most Admired List for Food Production 2/16/2017 Company jumps four spots to claim No. 1 ranking SPRINGDALE, Ark., Feb. 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN) was recognized today by Fortune magazine as No. 1 on the World’s Most Admired Companies list in the Food Production segment, moving up four places from the company’s 2016 ranking. “We’re extremely proud of the work we’ve done, but I can tell you that we’re just getting started,” said Tom Hayes, president and chief executive officer of Tyson Foods. “We’ll use this momentum to drive positive change and continue to position the company for future growth.” Fortune collaborated with its partner Korn Ferry Hay Group on this survey of corporate reputations. The survey included about 1,500 candidates: the 1,000 largest U.S. companies ranked by revenue, along with non-U.S. companies in Fortune’s Global 500 database that have revenues of $10 billion or more. The list was then winnowed to the highest-revenue companies in each industry, a total of 680 in 28 countries. The top-rated companies were picked from that pool of 680; the executives who voted work at the companies in that group. To determine the best-regarded companies in 51 industries, Korn Ferry Hay Group asked executives, directors, and analysts to rate enterprises in their own industry on nine criteria, which include ability to attract and retain talented people, quality of products and services, quality of management, innovation, social responsibility, use of corporate assets and long-term investment value.

  • Tyson "Natural" FTC Complaint 07.2.2020
July 2, 2020 Richard Quaresima Acting Associate Director, Division of Advertising Practices Bureau of Consumer Protection Federal Trade Commission 600 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W. Washington, D.C. 20580 VIA ELECTRONIC MAIL AND U.S. POSTAL SERVICE Re: Complaint requesting action to enjoin the dissemination of false or deceptive advertising by Tyson Foods, Inc. Dear Acting Associate Director Quaresima: The attached complaint is submitted by Richman Law Group on behalf of three non-profit organizations: Animal Equality, Organic Consumers Association (“OCA”), and Food & Water Watch (“FWW”). On behalf of these organizations, we write to request that the Federal Trade Commission investigate and take action to enjoin Tyson Foods, Inc. (“Tyson”) from making false and misleading claims about its chicken products and the conditions under which they are produced. As set forth in the complaint, Tyson is egregiously misleading consumers with marketing and advertising representations that falsely suggest its chicken products are produced in a natural, environmentally responsible, and humane way. Such representations, which are widely disseminated via Tyson’s website and on certain product labels, as well as via myriad other media, indicate to consumers that Tyson’s chickens were raised under natural and humane conditions on bucolic family farms by farmers utilizing environmentally sustainable practices and adhering to standards that exceed those of the average chicken producer. These representations are untrue. In reality, the practices used by Tyson suppliers, at the direction of Tyson, fall far below the level of animal care and environmental sustainability that a reasonable consumer would expect based on the company’s representations. Tyson utilizes the same unnatural, unsustainable, and inhumane National Chicken Council (“NCC”) standards that apply to the overwhelming majority of chickens raised in the United States, but it knowingly leads consumers to believe otherwise.
