Jika sesuatu permohonan untuk mendaftarkan di bawah perenggan 10(1)(e) Akta diiklankan sebelum penyetujuterimaan menurut subseksyen 27(2) Akta itu, perkataan-perkataan “Permohonan di bawah perenggan 10(1)(e) yang diiklankan sebelum penyetujuterimaan menurut subseksyen 27(2)” hendaklah dinyatakan dalam iklan itu. FORWARD It is with great pleasure that the Malaysian Society of Transplantation presents the 5th Annual Report (2008) of the National Transplant Registry containing updated data and statistics on the entire range of transplant activities, from organ donation to transplantation, and its outcomes. Registries are the cornerstone of any clinical system and are the key to monitoring the performance of the system. The National Transplant Registry was established in 2003 by the combined efforts of the Malaysian Society of Transplantation and the Ministry of Health Malaysia to collect and maintain a database of all transplant related activities in Malaysia.

GARIS PANDUAN PENGENDALIAN ISU-ISU BERHUBUNG PENULARAN JANGKITAN WABAK COVID-19 DI PERKHIDMATAN KESIHATAN PERGIGIAN BIL. 3/2020 1.0 TUJUAN Garis Panduan ini adalah sebagai rujukan kepada semua anggota kesihatan pergigian bagi mengendali penularan jangkitan wabak COVID-19 di fasiliti dan penyampaian perkhidmatan pergigian. Ini merangkumi memperkukuh saringan pesakit di klinik pergigian dan pengendalian pesakit yang memerlukan rawatan kecemasan dengan memastikan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan kawalan infeksi yang standard sentiasa dipatuhi dan diamalkan. Garis panduan ini boleh juga digunakan bagi sebarang wabak yang disebarkan melalui titisan air dan udara (droplet and airborne transmission). Dokumen ini dibahagikan kepada 6 (enam) bahagian iaitu: i. Takrifan/ Lampiran ii. Latar Belakang iii. Kawalan Jangkitan iv. Pelaksanaan v. Tanggungjawab Ketua Jabatan/ Pengurusan vi.
