All through the month of January, 4 Wing Health Promotion has been supporting the “Mental Health Awareness – Reduce Stigma, Create Awareness, Talk About It” Campaign with several creative as well as informative events. The aim of this campaign is to educate Canadian Armed Forces members on mental health, mental fitness Joy Smith and mental injury.
