May be: • Local - small region covered, a county or so (may or may not have multiple locations) • Regional – cover a State or a number of States; some have international operations CIR 11 Chapter 1 - What Cooperatives Are 19 Cooperative Governance System Overall Structure Defines who the members are and how the cooperative is organized to serve them.
