Collection: The Sir Charles Scott Sherrington fonds Names: Charles Scott Sherrington, Sir, 1857-1952 Description: Sir Charles Scott Sherrington was a British physiologist. He won the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 1932. He was also a friend of Dr F. F. Wesbrook, first President of The University of British Columbia. The fonds consists of letters, personal documents, and memorabilia of his career acquired from his son, Carr E. R. Sherrington in 1964.
