Positively Aware HIV Treatment and Health May / June 2009 The Journal of Test Positive Aware Network IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REYATAZ® (atazanavir sulfate) INDICATION: REYATAZ is a prescription medicine used in combination with other medicines to treat people who are infected with the human immunodeficiency On REYATAZ, virus (HIV).REYATAZ has been studied in 48-week trials in both patients who have taken or have never taken anti-HIV medicines. REYATAZ does not cure HIV or help prevent passing HIV to others. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Do not take REYATAZ if you are allergic to REYATAZ or to any of its Wednesday ingredients. Patient Information • Take REYATAZ once every day exactly as instructed by your healthcare REYATAZ® (RAY-ah-taz) provider. Your healthcare provider will prescribe the amount of REYATAZ that is right for you.
