Ishvarapranidhan - Surrender to the will of god

shvar means 'the supreme lord' and Pranidhan means 'complete we almost miss every new opportunity that life is offering us at the surrender’, surrender of 'I' to the divine power. We think we are the moment. Idoers when in fact, we are mere instruments in the hands of God. It is the realisation that God alone is. God who is unlimited, infinite and God knows the end from the beginning; nothing that we go through is subtle. Our limited, material-driven minds cannot understand God, new to him. He will always be there to guide you, not so that you can skip whereas knowing God comes from the soul within - God reveals himself or avoid the challenges in your life, but so that you can make it through as inner joy, inner peace, inner love and wisdom. them and make yourself a better 'You'. I believe that you can only make it through when you completely surrender to the divine. For me, the supreme Lord is Meher Baba. He was an Indian spiritual master who said he was the Avatar, God in human form. He gave I desperately need his presence in my life and so I acknowledge him as my numerous teachings on the cause and purpose of life, and said that the father, mother, friend and forever companion. I want to tell him every phenomenal world is an illusion. He taught that the Universe is merely single day that I cannot do without him and I need him. Believing so imagination, that God is what really exists, and that each soul is really much in God often reveals things that need removal in my personal life God passing through this imagination to realize individually his own and that is what has helped me tremendously to let go of things that are divinity. not important and to have acceptance towards the facts.

I have been following him since the time I was born. With all my faith I practise ishvarpranidhan by praying. I believe when you pray, he really now, he is my Rama, he is my Krishna, he is my Shiva and he is my hears it all. I have also been angry with Baba and have demanded answers Ganesha. to my questions and solutions to my problems like his child, and each time I have observed that my questions were answered through different I believe, and I am very fortunate that I got to observe my mother mediums and wishes were fulfilled in the best possible way that is meant following complete ishvarapranidhan since childhood. And as they say, for me, at the very right time. you teach children not by instructing them what to do, but to start doing it yourself and then, they will mimic every action of yours. Studying and practising yoga for the last 2.5 years, the talks about ishvarpranidhan have helped me understand this topic so much more. My mother always told me and my sister to take one courageous step My everyday mantra now is 'Give it to God and go to sleep'. towards what we want in life, keeping him with us and he would take care of the rest of the steps and make sure we excel. My mother never Let God have your life, he can do more with it than you! explained to me what surrender to God is, but she made me experience it, which has had an impact on me that stayed with me in both prosperity and diversity.

You thank the lord first in your good times, and remember him in your hard times so not to complain but ask him for his presence, which will give you the strength to face it all. He is your constant companion, whether you realise it or not. This is beautiful and gives you immense power, when you realise it and feel his presence not just during the time that is assigned for regular rituals but during all the general and daily routine activities that you do.

Amit Motwani is a survivor. In the most literal sense of the word. He is a would highly recommend it. I found it to be very, very useful, my condition flight steward with 15 years of experience whose body, mind and life got really improved. The idea was great. But as he proceeded on the way, he came in men enticing birds and animals while hunting. Trading on the upon a silver coin. DR. P.B.N. PRASASD, I express my profound gratitude to The Yoga Institute for deputing your Yoga teachers on the DY. DRUGS CONTROLLER 5th International Day of Yoga. The Yoga Teacher and his assistance provided the practice of different asanas and the demonstration to explain the benefits of Yoga as an option to help INDIA distress the body and the soul in this busy life. It was a very informative session, highly appreciate it.

Congratulations on completing 100 years!

SONALI TUNGARE, Though my introduction to asanas was ACTRESS quite early in childhood, I did not know much about yoga and its philosophy. When I decided to do a TTC, I came with an open mind, not imagining the vast philosophy behind this term "Yoga". It felt like I had found answers to questions from the past 22 years and a direction. I also realised that I had tried to follow some of the yamas, niyamas and other concepts but never had a term to describe them. I'm grateful for teachers and a batch so giving, full of love and joy. Yoga taught me to love selflessly, smile at the hardest of times and practice empathy and compassion. Hansaji’s stories are life lessons that I cherish every day. Yoga is a way of life and has shaped me into the person I am today. My connection KUNAL WAGHELA, with the Institute is profound - a peaceful TEACHER AT THE YOGA happy place filled with positive energy - INSTITUTE that never fails to put a smile on my face.

My association with The Yoga Institute goes back to June 2016 when I started my 1 Month TTC. I have always regarded Hansa Ma as my spiritual mother and listening to her lectures in Parisamvad really had a wonderful impact on my mind. I then started my 7 Months TTC in July 2016, a turning point in my life. Daily yoga practice at the Institute completely changed my “ attitude towards my life; it became positive and optimistic. Previously, it was all about asanas and pranayama but after coming here, I came to know the real essence of yoga as yoga is taught as a way of life. The Institute has also made me understand the importance of our great ancient yogic culture and tradition and it is the best place to practice . Heartiest thanks to Pranee Ma’am and Hrishi Sir for their wonderful management, for being there at every step.

It took almost 9 months before I finally came to the decision to attend a yoga TTC in India. In VIOLA DAI ZOTTI, my long-term journey, I met hundreds of travellers who decided to do this type of course for STUDENT FROM very different reasons: to challenge themselves, to get a new experience, to become a Yoga “ teacher, but for me, it was more about getting in-depth knowledge about Indian and Yoga philosophy. I have been recommended several schools all around India, but none of them had what I was looking for. I stopped searching, and at that time, the right school came to me. The Yoga Institute gave me the chance to experience the meaning of spirituality and to be connected with my body, thanks to its highly experienced and passionate teachers. The intensive 3-Month TTC was pretty tough, but a life-changing experience too. Having the opportunity to apply and integrate yogic concepts and practice in my life during my internship at the Institute, the changing is ongoing. I am thankful and grateful for being part of this wonderful family in this moment of my life.

MEHUL SHAH, I have a genuine heartfelt feeling that the SADHAKA Yogendra family and TYI are specially and simply here for the welfare of mankind; a life-school, a phenomenal place. Yoga transcends beyond physical boundaries into the mental and spiritual realm. A place that has introduced me to myself on a path of truth. Yoga is presented in a simple, understandable manner. Not considering anything as unacceptable, love and compassion is the practical power of daily living here. My faith cultivated to greater levels, thereby realizing the importance of duties that turned me positive, full of life. A balanced state of mind is important, between materialism and spirituality. When desires exist, there is no understanding. ELIZABETH ESPACH, Speaking minimum, preferably being quite, STUDENT FROM GOA made me sincere in listening to others. CENTRE Awareness has increased towards my thoughts, words and deeds. All I can say is without judging, I have humbly received. Here I have learnt a novel way of living life, am really blessed to be at TYI.

Probably the most beautiful place one could dream of learning yoga. Exquisite setting and facilities and accommodation - it felt like paradise. All the staff (teaching, support, kitchen, and grounds) contribute to a happy and peaceful atmosphere and are always ready to help and make your experience a great one. The course itself changed my life - the personal growth was so much more than I expected or ever could have hoped for.

I hope that helps! I loved it so much

The story of the intoxicated one narrated here is like a poser to all “goody-goody” spiritualists-if you are a conformist and a conventionalist you cannot reach very high in spiritual life.

DELUSION can grow on us. False impressions and opinions get compounded, one layer insidiously entering another and strengthening it, till the whole covering becomes too massive to be broken out of. In fact such is the hold of false ideas and opinions that one practically never comes out of them. Large occurrences have resulted from false impressions. Brothers who were close to each other separate out, familistic life gets disrupted. Behind all major catastrophies like war, lie delusion and false knowledge. You just cannot easily eradicate another man’s opinion and belief however false it is.

Behind such an opinion is the “I” and the “Me”. In fact selfishness is the key factor here. The solution apparently lies in selflessness, sacrifice, and acting without desires. Equally important is scrupulous avoidance ofpossessing wealth gained through illegitimate means.

“The higher purpose of knowledge is not power but discipline. ”
