There are indications that the construction of Nigeria’s most ambitious power project; the Mambilla hydroelectric power plant, may be halted due to financing conditions faced by its major financier, China Export-Import Bank. In a document obtained by the print media source, a possible disagreement seems to have ensued between the government and the financier of the project, thus affecting the release of funds for the project. The proposed 1,525 MW hydroelectric power plant has gone through murky waters. At inception, the project was designed to a capacity of 2,600MW during the Shehu Shagari led administration in 1982. However, in 2012, the capacity was increased to 3,050MW due to the expansion of the formerly called Gembu dam now Nya dam. ة Like our facebook page www.facebook.com/aljazirahnewsng Follow us on twitter @aljazirahnewsng news in arabic e-mail: [email protected] اﻟﻤﺪﯾﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﻮطﻨﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺸﻐﯿﻞ اﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﻗﺼﯿﺮ: اﻟﺤﺎﻛﻢ ﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ اﻟﺸﺒﺎب ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺰراﻋﺔ ﻣﺎﺗﻮال ﯾﻘﺪم ھﺪاﯾﺎ واﻟﻤﮭﺎرات اﻟﻤﮭﻨﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺎدوﻧﺎ ﻣﻔﺎﺟﺌﺔ ﻟـ ١٨ ًﺷﺨﺼﺎ ﻗﺪم ﺣﺎﻛﻢ زاﻣﻔﺎرا ﺑﯿﻠﻮ ﻣﺎﺗﻮاﻟﻲ ﯾﻮم ﺗﻘﻮل اﻟﻤﺪﯾﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﻮطﻨﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺸﻐﯿﻞ اﻷرﺑﻌﺎء ھﺪاﯾﺎ ﻣﻔﺎﺟﺌﺔ إﻟﻰ ١٨ (NDE) إﻧﮭﺎ ﺳﺘﺪرب ١٩٢ ًﺷﺎﺑﺎ ًﺷﺨﺼﺎ ﺷﺎرﻛﻮا ﻓﻲ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﺎت واﻣﺮأة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺰراﻋﺔ واﻟﻤﮭﺎرات رﻣﻀﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ رادﯾﻮ زاﻣﻔﺎرا. اﻟﻤﮭﻨﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻓﻲ وﻻﯾﺔ ﻛﺎدوﻧﺎ. أﻓﺎدت اﻟﺠﺰﯾﺮة ﻧﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺎ أن اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﯿﺪﯾﻦ اﻟﺤﺎج ﺳﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﯿﻮادا ، ﻣﻨﺴﻖ اﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ اﻟﺬﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﺪﻋﻮا ﻟﻺﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﺳﺌﻠﺔ اﻟﺬي أوﺿﺢ ذﻟﻚ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺣﺼﻠﻮا ﻓﻲ وﻗﺖ ﻻﺣﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺪاﯾﺎ اﻟﺠﺰﯾﺮة اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺔ ، ﻗﺎل إن اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ﻧﻘﺪﯾﺔ وﺳﯿﺎرات ودراﺟﺔ ﺛﻼﺛﯿﺔ ﺳﯿﻤﻜﻦ اﻟﺸﺒﺎب وﯾﺠﻌﻠﮭﻢ ﯾﻌﺘﻤﺪون ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﺠﻼت ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻆ. أﻧﻔﺴﮭﻢ. ﺑﺪأت ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ اﻻﻗﺘﺮاب ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻮت ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻘﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﮫ ١١ ًﺷﺨﺼﺎ اﺗﺼﻠﻮا وﻻﯾﺔ ﻛﺎدوﻧﺎ ﺑﺮاﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ وﻓﺸﻠﻮا ﻓﻲ اﻹﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﺳﺌﻠﺔ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ اﻛﺘﺴﺎب اﻟﻤﮭﺎرات ﻣﻦ أﻗﺴﺎﻣﮭﺎ اﻟﺜﻼﺛﺔ. ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﮭﻢ ﺑﯿﻨﻤﺎ N١٠٠،٠٠٠ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ "ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻨﻤﯿﺔ ﻣﻘطﻊ ﻋرﺿﻲ ﻣن اﻟﺿﺑﺎط ﻓﻲ ﻣؤﺗﻣر وﺗراﺟﻊ رﺋﯾس اﻷرﻛﺎن اﻟﺟوﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ أﺑوﺟﺎ ﯾوم اﻟﺛﻼﺛﺎء ، ٢٧ أﺑرﯾل. ﺣﺼﻞ ﺷﺨﺺ واﺣﺪ ﺑﺬل ﺟﮭﻮدًا اﻟﺰراﻋﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺪاﻣﺔ (SADTS) اﻟﺬي ﻟﻺﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺴﺆال ﻋﻠﻰ ٢٠٠،٠٠٠ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺒﮫ ﺳﻨﻘﻮم ﺑﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ١٠٠ ﻣﺸﺎرك .N ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺴﺎء واﻟﺸﺒﺎب ﻟﻤﺪة ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﺷﮭﺮ. ارﺗﻔﺎع أﺳﻌﺎر اﻟﻐﺬاء: اﻟﻤﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﺗﺤﺚ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺔ وﺑﺎﻟﻤﺜﻞ ، ﻣﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻷﺷﺨﺎص اﻟﺴﺘﺔ ، وﻗﺎل "ﻣﻊ اﻟﻌﻠﻢ أن اﻟﺰراﻋﺔ ھﻲ ﺑﻤﻦ ﻓﯿﮭﻢ اﻣﺮأﺗﺎن اﻟﺬﯾﻦ أﺟﺎﺑﻮا ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺸﻐﻞ اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﻲ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﺎﻟﺔ ، ﺳﻨﻘﻮم أﺳﺌﻠﺘﮭﻢ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ، ﺣﺼﻞ اﺛﻨﺎن ﺑﺘﺪرﯾﺒﮭﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻮاﻧﺐ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ إﻋﻄﺎء اﻷوﻟﻮﯾﺔ ﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺰارﻋﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﯿﺎرة ﺑﯿﺠﻮ ٤٠٦ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﮭﻤﺎ اﻟﺰراﻋﺔ واﻟﺜﺮوة اﻟﺤﯿﻮاﻧﯿﺔ وﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺣﺜﺖ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﻤﺰارﻋﯿﻦ اﻟﺸﺒﺎب اﻟﻤﺰارﻋﯿﻦ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺘﺨﻠﻲ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺰارﻋﮭﻢ. اﻷﻣﻨﯿﺔ ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﻛﺒﺤﮫ. وﻗﺎل أﻣﺎھﺎ ﺑﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﺣﺼﻞ أﺣﺪھﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻔﺲ ﻣﺎرﻛﺔ ﺗﺴﻤﯿﻦ اﻷﺑﻘﺎر". وﺻﺮح ﻣﺎﯾﻮادا أن اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﯿﻦ (NYFN) ﺟﻤﯿﻊ وﻗﺎل أﻣﺎﺣﺔ إن اﻹﺟﺮاءات اﻷﻣﻨﯿﺔ اﻟﺴﯿﺎرة وﻣﻘﻌﺪ اﻟﺤﺞ. اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ﺳﯿﺒﺪأ ﻓﻲ ٢٧ أﺑﺮﯾﻞ وﺳﺘﻮﻓﺮ "ﻧﺤﺚ اﻷﺟﮭﺰة اﻷﻣﻨﯿﺔ ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﺣﺼﻠﺖ إﺣﺪى اﻟﻤﺮأﺗﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺛﻼث اﻟﻤﺪﯾﺮﯾﺔ اﻷﺑﻘﺎر اﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﯿﺘﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﮭﻤﺎ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮﯾﺎت اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﯿﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ إﻋﻄﺎء اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﺨﺬھﺎ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺔ ﺳﺘﺪﻋﻢ اﻻھﺘﻤﺎم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻌﻤﯿﻖ ﺟﮭﻮد ﺟﻤﻊ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت دراﺟﺎت ﺛﻼﺛﯿﺔ اﻟﻌﺠﻼت وﺛﻼث ﻷﻏﺮاض ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺔ وﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻢ اﻷوﻟﻮﯾﺔ ﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺰارﻋﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ اﻟﻤﺘﺰاﯾﺪ ﻟﻠﺸﺒﺎب ﺑﺎﻟﺰراﻋﺔ. ووﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﮫ ، اﻻﺳﺘﺨﺒﺎرﯾﺔ واﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺎﻛﯿﻨﺎت ﺧﯿﺎطﺔ ، وﺣﺼﻠﺖ اﻷﺧﺮى اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﯿﻦ ﻛﯿﻔﯿﺔ ﺗﺤﻀﯿﺮ اﻷﻋﻼف ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ إﻧﺘﺎﺟﯿﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺤﺎﺻﯿﻞ إذا ﺷﻌﺮ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﯿﻮن وﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﻨﻔﻂ اﻟﻤﺰارﻋﯿﻦ واﻟﺼﯿﺎدﯾﻦ اﻟﺮﯾﻔﯿﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ دراﺟﺔ ﺛﻼﺛﯿﺔ اﻟﻌﺠﻼت وآﻟﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﺤﯿﻮاﻧﯿﺔ. ﻟﻼﺳﺘﮭﻼك واﻟﺘﺼﺪﯾﺮ. واﻟﻐﺎز ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺎن ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ، ﻓﯿﺠﺐ أن ﻟﻠﺨﯿﺎطﺔ. وﻗﺎل إﻧﮫ ﺗﻢ اﻻﻧﺘﮭﺎء ﻣﻦ ﺗﺠﻨﯿﺪ ھﺬا اﻟﺼﺪد". ﻗﺪم ﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﻮروﻣﯿﺲ أﻣﺎھﺎ ، اﻟﻤﺪﯾﺮ اﻟﻌﺎم ﯾﺘﻤﺘﻊ اﻟﻤﺰارﻋﻮن ﺑﻨﻔﺲ إﻣﻜﺎﻧﯿﺔ ووﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﮫ ، ﺗﻤﺎﻣﺎ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻓﺮﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وﻗﺎل ﻣﺎﺗﻮال إن ھﺬه اﻟﺒﺎدرة ﻛﺎﻧﺖ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﯿﻦ وﺗﻢ ﺗﺴﺠﯿﻞ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﻷﻣﻦ. اﻟﻤﺘﺪرﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﻋﺪة اﻟﺒﯿﺎﻧﺎت. وأوﺿﺢ ﻟـ NYFN ھﺬا اﻟﻨﺪاء ﻓﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻤﺪﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻛﺔ ، ﯾﻨﺒﻐﻲ إﻧﺸﺎء وﺣﺪة ﺗﻌﺎطﻲﻟﺘﺸﺠﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺨﺪرات:ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﺗﺘﻌﺎونﯾﻜﻮﻧﻮا "ﯾﺠﺐ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻤﺰارع اﻷﻛﺜﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ دراﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﺔ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﯿﺔ أن ﺗﺪرﯾﺐ SADTS ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻟﻤﺪة اﻟﺠﺰﯾﺮة ﻧﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺎ ﯾﻮم اﻟﺨﻤﯿﺲ ﻓﻲ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺰارع اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﯿﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺤﺴﺒﺔ ووﻛﺎﻟﺔ إﻧﻔﺎذ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﺷﮭﺮ ، ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﻘﻀﻲ أﺳﺒﻮﻋﯿﻦ أﺑﻮﺟﺎ. وأﻋﺮب أﻣﺎﺣﺔ ﻋﻦ اﺳﺘﯿﺎءه ﻣﻦ ًأﻣﺎﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻧﮭﺎ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ ذات أوﻟﻮﯾﺔ إذا ﺗﻢ وﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪة اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﯿﺪﯾﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد اﻟﻤﺪى اﻟﻘﺼﯿﺮ. ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺨﺪراتأﻧﻔﺴﮭﻢ. اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺔ ﻟﺠﻌﻞ ﻛﺎﻧﻮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻈﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻢ واﻟﺸﮭﺮﯾﻦ اﻵﺧﺮﯾﻦ اﻻرﺗﻔﺎع اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻓﻲ أﺳﻌﺎر اﻟﻤﻮاد ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻋﻮاﺋﺪ ﻋﺎﻟﯿﺔ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﮭﻼك اﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ وأﺳﺒﻮﻋﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻲ. وﻷﻏﺮاض اﻟﺘﺼﺪﯾﺮ ﻓﻲ ﻧﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺎ. ﻗﺎل أﻣﺎھﺎ: "ﺑﺼﻔﺘﻨﺎ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﻤﺰارﻋﯿﻦ دوﻟﺔ ﺧﺎﻟﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺨﺪرات اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ أﻧﺤﺎء اﻟﺒﻼد ، وﻋﺰا وﺣﺚ اﻟﻤﻮاطﻨﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮاﺻﻠﺔ اﻟﺪﻋﺎء ﻗﺎل ﻣﻨﺴﻖ اﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ أن إدارة ﺗﻨﻤﯿﺔ وﺳﯿﺤﺎﻓﻆ ھﺬا ًأﯾﻀﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻھﺘﻤﺎم اﻟﺸﺒﺎب ﻓﻲ ﻧﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺎ ، ﻓﺈﻧﻨﺎ ﻣﺴﺘﻌﺪون ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ وﺿﻊ ﺣﺪ ﻷﻋﻤﺎل ھﺬا اﻻرﺗﻔﺎع إﻟﻰ ﺗﺼﺎﻋﺪ أﻋﻤﺎل اﺗﻔﻖ ﻣﺠﻠﺲ اﻟﺤﺴﺒﺔ ﺑﻮﻻﯾﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﻮ اﻟﻤﮭﺎرات اﻟﻤﮭﻨﯿﺔ ﺳﺘﻘﻮم ﺑﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ٤٦ اﻟﻤﺘﺰاﯾﺪ ﻟﻠﺸﺒﺎب ﺑﺎﻟﺰراﻋﺔ. ﻻﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎل ﺟﮭﻮد اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻮاﺟﮭﺔ ووﻛﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻠﺼﻮﺻﯿﺔإﻧﻔﺎذ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن واﻟﺠﺮاﺋﻢ اﻷﺧﺮىاﻟﻤﺨﺪرات اﻟﺘﻲ ً ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺎ ﻓﻲ إطﺎر ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ اﻟﻠﺼﻮﺻﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﺤﺔ واﻟﺨﻄﻒ "ﻧﺤﻦ ﻓﻲ NYFN ﻧﺠﺪ أﻧﮫ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻘﻠﻖ اﻟﺘﺤﺪي اﻷﻣﻨﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺗﻌﺒﺌﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻌﺼﻒ اﻟﺘﻌﺎون ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ وﻧﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺎ (NDLEA) ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﺎم. اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﮭﻨﻲ اﻟﻤﺘﻘﺪم اﻟﻮطﻨﻲ اﻟﻤﻔﺘﻮح (A- واﻟﺠﺮاﺋﻢ اﻷﺧﺮى ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ. ﻟﺠﻌﻞ ذﻛﺮت ﻛﺎﻧﻮﻗﻨﺎة دوﻟﺔ اﻟﺠﺰﯾﺮة ﺧﺎﻟﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻧﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺎ أن اﻟﻤﺨﺪرات.
