1. All cattle must be fully registered within the Society’s official time limits. We are very grateful to our sponsors 2. Cows no longer suckling their calves must have been weaned at least two weeks prior to the Sale 3. Pedigree certificates and entry fees must be submitted with the completed entry form. D & A Blockley 4. All cattle must be entered by the registered owner or their agent. Membership fees of the registered owner must be up to date. D & A Blockley 5. The Society reserves the right to refuse or restrict entries if it is felt necessary, at the clos- ing date for entries. Sponsors of the Heifer classes 6. Cattle entered in the Premier section must be halter led and subject to inspection as de- tailed in the catalogue 7. Cattle entered in the Premier section which fail to satisfy the inspector may be offered for sale at the Auctioneer’s discretion. 8. Only animals which are entered into the Premier section of the sale may also enter a pre- sale show, although they will not be obliged to do so. 9. The pre-sale show will take place in a ring. Animals must be halter-led when shown & sold. 10. Any prize money awarded in any Show will be paid out by the Auctioneer along with the proceeds of sale. 11. The Premier sale will take place prior to any unofficial sale, and animals will be sold in age order with the oldest first, females followed by bulls. 12. Vendors have the right to place a reserve price on any or all of their cattle.
