[email protected] Research area and interests Primarily interest of the research field is to study the mechanism of human visual system, especially color vision; how we perceive colors. Also, understanding the flow of visual information in the brain is another recent research project. The methods used for the investigations are psychophysics, brain-activity measurements, patient studies, infant studies, and numerical modeling. The aim of research is to clarify the principle of information processing in the human brain, and to apply it to engineering applications.
