TESTIMONIAL FOR MS FLORENCE GOH (JTJB)

Dear Sirs,

Ms Florence Goh has been our lawyer and corporate advisor since 2014.

In our experience, her forte is securing business contracts with language restricted, overseas based clients. Particularly, she was able to handle and diffuse an extremely adversarial business counterpart that threatened the project at hand.

Florence was the cool head and steady hand, walking both parties through the lengthy negotiation process whilst unravelling several deeply entrenched miscommunications that had taken root long before her engagement to the project.

Her precise navigation of cultural and corporate differences ensured the contract concluded in a meaningful way that was a win-win for all parties.

Her mastery of breaking down complicated legal arguments for easy digestion is a welcome respite, in a legal world rife with deliberate opaqueness and complexity.

Breadth of legal knowledge, expedient action and an unwavering client-first approach have been the hallmarks of our working relationship with Florence.

She will undoubtably carry these traits into her work with the SIMC and her participation on the panel of specialist mediators.

Thank you and warm regards,

To Whom It May Concern,

Dear Sir/Madam,

Name, NRIC No. , is serving as our volunteer to teach our members artwork.

Florence has shown compassion and interest to help this marginalised group of women who would need some form of encouragement as they work on their recovery after their release from prison. At the moment, she is also following up on one of our members who is interested to improve on her drawing and artwork. They are making good progress and our member has benefitted much from her teaching as well.

We are grateful that Florence is keen and prepared to give time and opportunity to those who are in need of help and support and this is evident by her willing eagerness to be a volunteer with our organisation. Despite her hectic schedule, she took a pro-active role in befriending and even mentoring one now through their mutual interest in art.

She has the skill-sets and the aptitude to reach out to these vulnerable women, one who has a sense of conviction towards empowering women so that they can gradually be re-integrated back to society. Though it is hard work and with no monetary incentive, Florence, carry out her voluntary service as a true professional, in giving her best to support the interest area of our members.

Florence is a committed and objective volunteer who is able to assess and ascertain the needs of her mentee. She is also a team player whom we regard as a warm and sincere person and she is certainly an asset to our organisation. She has generously shared her talent in art to teach our members without any reservation and will be helping us to plan the art activity schedule for the coming new year 2020.

Yours Sincerely,

Ang Poh Wah President
