Hirofumi wakes up one morning to find he can't remember the last two years. He discovers to his shock that in these two years he met and fell in love with another boy, Daigo. Dear Myself (Yaoi) two were a bit too codependent for my liking, and the story was very heavy on the angst and drama while some things were talked about with a matter-of-factness that I found rather shocking. This is the kind of book where I'm really grateful for Tauschticket - if I Dear Myself (Yaoi) actually paid for this, I Dear Myself (Yaoi) be a bit miffed, but this way, it's ok. Yes, Daigo has had some terrible things happen to him, but those are reasons that Dear Myself (Yaoi) a manipulative, emotionally abusive jerk, not a free pass for him to continue to be so. And Hirofumi pandering to Daigo's issues to his own detriment is no basis for a relationship. Add in the constant "no homo" theme in a yaoi manga! View 1 comment. Pretty interesting premise and it's quite engaging but not enough for full 4 stars. Didn't like the artwork and I don't see myself wanting to reread it in future. So it's a 3. I did like this one, although there were nonconsensual scenes and some remarks that were really gross. I wish BL manga didn't rely so heavily on these kinds of tropes. Jan 29, Kit Feral rated it it was ok. Sep 28, oxana rated it liked it Shelves: mangalgbt-interestsfictionown. A little silly, with an interesting premise one character losing their memory and then losing all that time in between when they suddenly reclaim their original memories. The tug-of-war between emotions and a weird gut feeling were a nice concept, but the characters and their interactions weren't fleshed out enough to entice me. Everything felt quite rushed. Lovely art, interesting concept. May 13, Vi rated it Dear Myself (Yaoi) liked it Shelves: lgbt-protagmale- protagmangamlmromanceyoung-adult-or-new-adult. Apr 02, Eirian rated it really liked it. This was a graphic novel, and more yaoi manga for teens, but I thought I'd give it a try. It was okay, but was too young for me. I like some of the Dear Myself (Yaoi), but was not my favorite. Just beautiful artwork and lovely story. Aug 16, Marie J rated it liked it Shelves: comic-bookeroticafictionromancemangayaoi. The premise of the story was interesting but it was downplayed a lot so it sort of fell flat to me. Also, Daigo is really dependent and needy Dear Myself (Yaoi) the point of it being a pathological problem. I can understand the trauma of his past but at the same time it pretty much got on my nerves. Dec 04, Keitorin rated it really liked it Shelves: bl-yaoimanga. I first read Dear Myself and the sequel, I believe a Dear Myself (Yaoi) time ago. Rereading it now, I didn't think it was Dear Myself (Yaoi) good as my memory remembered it to be. Still, it was a good read though I feel no need to keep it in my Dear Myself (Yaoi) collection. Oct 01, Cory Tripp rated it it was ok Shelves: manga. That is seriously messed up and pathological. Jan 11, Christine rated it it was ok Shelves: yaown-it. Kind of a strange book. I didn't really see Hirofumi's feelings because I couldn't get past Daigo forcing himself on Hirofumi every chance he got. Feb 07, Asia Ziajska rated it it was ok. I Dear Myself (Yaoi) like such a line like it's from Space - as i say - story is a little bit interesting, but just a little bit, there should be more characters, mooore action not only between then etc. Mar 29, Shaundra rated it it was amazing Shelves: own.
