Sanae Ohki The Karaoke Concert was held on the Family Day, Monday, February 15, 2010 and about 80 guests enjoyed the concert at the EJCA hall. The members of the Karaoke Club were very pleased to hear that this year's concert was the best of the 19 concerts! We presented many varieties of songs, nice background dances, and beautiful costumes (some were traditional Japanese styles, some were ethnic designs, and some were modern). English explanations of songs were on the back drop and of cause we practiced a lot! We even practiced how to smile while we were singing. As the concert was held one day after St. Valentine's Day and at the Family Day, “love and family” was selected as the theme of the concert. There were two young new Karaoke members. They sang a beautiful love song from Okinawa and a song on the memories of high school days. Since EJCA upgraded the sound system in the hall, the sound effect is great. The new stage was nice, too. Thank you very much for joining the concert and having a good time together.
