During the morning of Saturday, '7/1/72, Mr. Tolson telephonically contacted SA Hunsinger who was on duty in Mr. Cal1ahans office inquiring concerning ! the status of disposition of Mr. Hoover's Federal Employees Group Life Insurance FEGLI! and ! the amount of Mr. To1son's FEGLL At that time Mr. Tolson was advised that the matter had been brought to the attention of FEGLI in New York and Mr. Brewer, who is handling Mr. Hoover's 3 estate for Riggs National Bank, and that we would be glad to determine the status of Mr. Hoover's insurance. Mr. Tolson advised that would be satisfactory and to please call him Monday morning 7/3/'72. r 5 i After checking, Mr. Tolson was telephonically contacted in the _ tF morning on 7/3/72, and advised that the claim form that he has executed for the 1 FEGLI insurance rests with Riggs National Bank and that the bank will forward i the claim to FEGLI in New York when the Probate Court officially designates I Mr. Tolson executor of the estate. The same applies to unpaid compensation and money in Mr. Hoover's retirement account. He was informed that Hoover had regular iife insurance in the amount of $45, %6.
