Rasmus Walter and Shaka Loveless has also been added to the poster

New acts are constantly being confirmed for NorthSide, so only a week after we added five new bands to the poster, those are now joined by five more new acts. Biffy Clyro The Scottish trio Biffy Clyro broke through with the album "Puzzle" and through support gigs for Muse and they built up a large fanbase in England, which just became even greater when they released "Only Revolutions. The hard-hitting band also has a good hold on the Danish audience who could experience the band supporting in Copenhagen, and radio listeners will recognize the hit "" from the album "Opposites", which has just gone straight to number one on the British album chart. So it's a band at the peak of their career, who are coming to NorthSide 2013. Biffy Clyro will play NorthSide on Saturday the 15th June.

Keane 6 million albums sold and platinum records across Europe was a really good start for Keane, when they debuted in 2004 with the album "Hopes and Fears". The album was also the first of four albums to go straight to the top of the British album chart, underlining the group's ability to write catchy and effective pop songs that become big hits. Most recently the album "Strange Land" was released in 2012, and here the band has been expanded to a quartet, which has added some more guitar to the piano-driven bands sound. The band has since the beginning been loved by the Danish audience, and therefore we are very proud to present the band's first ever festival concert in Denmark. Keane will play NorthSide on Friday the 14th of June. Modest Mouse Since the mid-90s, Modest Mouse has constantly been one of the most interesting and critically acclaimed acts on the American indie scene, and with the single "Float On" in 2004 they finally got the hit, they had so long deserved. The album, "We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank", from 2007, reached number one in the U.S., and obviously expectations for the upcoming album are great. It has been six years since Mouse Mouse last visited Denmark, so it's so great to be able to welcome them to NorthSide in June. Modest Mouse will play NorthSide on Saturday the 15th June.

Rasmus Walter The former Grand Avenue frontman has enjoyed great success since he began singing in Danish on the solo debut album from 2011. "Dybt Vand" was the first hit, and then listeners of P3 voted the song “Endeløst” as the most unavoidable last year. The 's second album is out in March, and we look forward to experiencing the new material at NorthSide. Rasmus Walter will play NorthSide on Sunday the 16th June.

Shaka Loveless The 28-year-old singer has had a music career for more than 10 years, and long before the hit with “Tomgang”, you could hear him deliver soulful vocals and playing bass as a member of the groups The Gypsies and Are We Brothers?. As a solo artist Shaka mixes reggae with rock and pop with a great skill, which it will be a pleasure to experience this summer. Shaka Loveless will play NorthSide on Saturday the 15th June.
