The JRobert per- formance will be on Wednesday, April 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. The Community House will once again be transformed into an intimate coffee house setting where you can stop by after dinner for great music and drinks. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine, drink, or a cup of Sanibel Bean coffee as JRobert sings and plays tropical guitar, steel pan and Florida fiddle. JRobert is a fourth generation Floridian. He performs Cajun/Zydeco influenced swamp music, Florida blues, and original ballads. He has performed at America’s old- est Florida Folk Festival in White Springs as a native songwriter and fiddle player with Seminole Chief Jim Billie. He has been the warm-up act for many national artists including Tom T. Hall, Billy Dean, John Anderson, Doug Kershaw, Charlie Daniels, Travis Tritt, Ramblin’ Jack Elliot, Buffy Saint-Marie, John McEuen of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and Jimmy Buffett. He has toured in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Switzerland, Germany and England. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased in advance or at the door. Doors open at 7 p.m. For more information call 472-2155.
