PLANNING PERMISSION Planning permission was granted by and Borough Council now Cheshire East under Application No. P04/0045 on 3 June 2004. Works on the development under the Building Act 1984, Building Regulations 2000 as amended and under Application Number 09/0873B confirm by Cheshire East confirm that works were commended on 6 May 209.

Purchasers attention is drawn to all conditions as set out in the approved permission.

EASEMENTS, WAYLEAVES, PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY The buildings are offered for sale subject to all easements, wayleaves and public rights of way whether specified or not.

In particular the following are applicable.
