Note: According to the Law no. 03/L-199, the organizational structure of the courts has changed. Now there are Courts of first instance (Basic Courts) within which are three departments: general, serious crimes and for juvenile. Due to the reorganization of the courts, the 2013 and 2015 data are non-comparative statistics with previous years. In this year the data were missing from branches of the Basic Court of Mitrovica, Leposavic and Zubin Potok branch. Also missing data regards to the branch of the Basic Court in Prishtina, in Gracanica, because of their non-reporting.

14. Prices

CPI or HICP is a relative indicator that presents the dynamics of change or movement of retail prices for most representative items and services consumed by households in the period of time, involved in groups and subgroups, classified according to international nomenclature called COICOP (Classification of individual consumption by purpose). CPI or HICP is a statistical parameter or Cost of Living Index considered as a parameter for measuring inflation, and contains time series for price indices for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 with advanced progress.
