Niki Harding Head Coach 7th Season 69-40 Record

Niki Harding is in her seventh season as head coach for the Westminster women’s lacrosse program. During that time she has led the transition from WCLA Division II to Division I, and now the move to NCAA Division II and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

During her time as head coach, Westminster has a record of 67-36 (.650) and they won two Rocky Mountain Women’s Lacrosse League championships. Harding led the Griffins to a pair of trips to the WCLA National Championships, including a third-place finish in 2012.

In seven years with Harding at the helm, 11 Griffins were named WCLA All-Americans and 11 more were honored as WCLA Scholar- Athletes.

Harding is a graduate of the University of Utah and she also works on staff at the Utah Lacrosse Association.
