[email protected] ABSTRACT Goals: The objectives of the study were to investigate the practices for capturing, sharing, and generating knowledge practiced by doctors and to explore the purposes of managing knowledge among doctors. Methodology: The nature of this study is quantitative. Survey research method was based on a self- administered questionnaire. The target population of this study is all senior and junior doctors whose are currently working in different department of services hospital Lahore.
