With the release of Jason Aldean’s hit “1994” earlier this year that name-checked many of Joe Diffie’s twelve Number One hits, the legendary singer found himself squarely back in the hearts and minds of country fans. The multi-platinum-selling artist who dominated the charts during a hot streak in the ‘90’s may have been ab- sent from the radio charts for the past few years, but Joe-Joe-Joe Diffie has never slowed down – writing, touring and record- ing a myriad of projects including his criti- cally acclaimed 2010 bluegrass “Homecoming,” and his recent “Roots And Boots” acoustic tour and collaborative CD “All In The Same Boat,” with fellow hitmakers Sammy Kershaw and Aaron Tippin. And now he’s back at it again, riding shotgun with hick-hop sensations the Jawga Boyz on a brand new single, “Girl Ridin’ Shotgun,” which was recently released to country radio. The single, co-written by Diffie, Phil O’Donnell and Derek Thrasher of The Jawga Boyz is a fun, up-tempo romp perfect for summertime cruising and returns Joe to the coun- Proud Supporter of the 2017 Butler County Fair try charts where he undoubtedly belongs. The performance features D. Thrash (Derek Thrasher) on the verses as Diffie’s signature vocals soar on the choruses and verses. The Allison tune was written in part as an answer to Jason Aldean’s tribute to Joe, (penned by Thomas Greene Rhett, Luke Laird and Barry Dean) and name-checks Aldean in a nod to the monster hit that Aredale New Hartford helped introduce Joe to a whole new generation of fans two decades later. Bristow With chart-toppers like “Pickup Man,” “Third Rock From the Sun,” and “John Deere Parkersburg Green,” and 13 and over 20 Top 10 singles to his credit, Joe has little to prove at Dumont this point in his career, yet he still has a fire in his belly to make good country music. A Plainfield renowned songwriter in his own right who recently turned his focus back to writing after Kesley years on the road, Joe has hits for artists like Tim McGraw, Conway Twitty, and Jo Dee Messina to his credit, and has cuts on upcoming projects for “X Factor” winner Tate Ste- vens, Dylan Scott, and Tyler Farr among others. He is also hard at work on an album of brand new material, due out later this year on Bigger Picture Records. The collaboration with the Jawga Boyz and the attention from the Aldean hit is opening all sorts of new doors for Joe at this point in his career, and he’s excited at the prospect of working with some of music’s hot new hitmakers. “We had a good time writing and recording my new song “Girl Ridin’ Shotgun,’ and mak- ing a video for it,” says Joe. “ I’ve been writing with a lot of new artists and I never thought that collaboration with one of them would lead to this, but I’m really glad that it has. It’s a different sound for me and I’m having so much fun with it all. I can’t wait to see what the future brings!”

Tracy Lawrence is one of the most recognizable voices in Country music with songs such as “,” “Time Marches On,” “Alibis,” and “Find Out Who Your Friends Are.” The entertainer has enjoyed twenty-two songs on the Billboard top ten charts with eighteen number one singles, selling over thirteen million albums. The Multi-platinum CMA and ACM award winning recording artist has helped shape the sound of Country music for two decades, recently celebrating twenty-years in music. Few country artists have ever known the kind of success that Tracy Lawrence has earned and the influence his iconic voice has contributed to the Country music genre. His music has inspired a whole new generation of entertainers and fans. Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan frequently pay tribute to the singer live in concert by playing his double-platinum hits like “Time Marches On” and Alibis.” Songs that help make Lawrence among one of the most played artists on radio. Lawrence has set out to embark on the next chapter of his music career with his highly antici- pated forthcoming studio album Headlights, Taillights And Radios to be released August 2013. The first single, “Stop Drop And Roll” written by hit songwriters Casey Beathard who penned Law- rence’s CMA and ACM award winning hit “Find Out Who Your Friends Are” and Brandon Kinney, marks the singers first studio album in five years. Headlights, Taillights And Radios is not just another release for Lawrence, it’s a testament to how his music continues to evolve and engage all generations of Country music fans. The 11-song collection features some of his most progressive music to date. Reflecting on the creative process when recording Headlights, Taillights And Radios Lawrence knew that he needed to push the envelope and creativity to a new level. “When recording the new album it was a very different process than I had ever done before,” said Lawrence. “We ended up recording the album in two parts, that’s just how it worked out. I started recording in the direction to make a more traditional County record. But as time progressed, I needed to explore and challenge myself musically. I wanted to go deeper and try a more edgy and progressive sound that reflected where I was going next. The combination really worked well for me and I think it will appeal to many different types of County music fans.” The album title Headlights, Taillights And Radios carries a signature meaning for the artist. “Headlights” looking to the future; “Taillights” celebrating the past; and “Radios” a tribute to his success on radio.Headlights, Taillights And Radios gives us a new Tracy Lawrence. One that is sure to inspire and ignite a whole new generation of Country music.

with Opening Act TUCKER BEATHARD Growing up in a family that excelled at both music and sports—his father is a hit songwriter; his brothers, star quar- terbacks—Big Machine Label Group recording artist Tucker Beathard has an unrelenting competitive spirit: He wakes up ev- ery day trying to write the perfect song. For Tucker, a self-taught guitarist and drummer, there’s no such thing as “good enough.” “I love anything with great melodies and I’m drawn to the little things,” Tucker says, rattling off his influences with an art- ist’s attention to detail. “When I listen to Led Zeppelin, I focus on John Bonham’s drums. Or Joe Walsh’s guitar licks in the Eagles. And Hank Williams Jr.’s ‘Family Tradition’ is as coun- try songwriting as it gets.” Tucker certainly knows something about family tradition, taking cues from dad Casey Beathard, who wrote Kenny Chesney’s “Don’t Blink” and Eric Church’s “Homeboy.” The latter, in fact, was in- spired by Tucker, who admits to going through his own rebellious phase. Giving up a college baseball scholarship to dive headlong into songwriting, Tucker came out better for his diverse experiences and documented those wild times in the wise-beyond-its-years “Momma and Jesus.” The track is one of many in contention for his debut album, being overseen by producer Angelo Petraglia (Kings Of Leon). With a rhythmic way of playing guitar, influenced by his innate drumming ability, Tucker has created some of contemporary country music’s most progressive songs. “Rock On,” a song about regretting the girl that got away, is taut in its delivery, with clever turns of phrase. Likewise, “20-10 Tennessee,” a standout, uses a football game as a metaphor for a relationship and “Better Than Me” puts a unique spin on an arena-ready breakup anthem, ultimately wishing the best for someone after parting ways. “I’ve always been a huge fan of deep songs, and I’ve always liked poems,” he says. “I’m an intro- vert, but writing songs that go beneath the surface allows me the chance to open up a piece of myself.” As does his engaging live show. Having played with artists like Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert, Tucker regularly bares his soul in front of a crowd. Despite his reserved demeanor, the stage is where he is most free—it’s his canvas to paint an honest picture of who he is, as both a songwriter and an artist. ONE TICKET “Expressing yourself onstage and putting your emotion into each FOR ALL EVENTS– song is a feeling that is tough to match. It’s your way of letting the world know who you are,” says Tucker, who has one main goal when ORDER AT performing. “Whether it’s ‘My heart is broken’ or ‘Let’s party tonight,’ ETIX.COM I want people to feel this is a real dude who knows who he is—and who says it like it is.” OR SEE PAGE 2
