ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374) RESTRICTED ZONES IN In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, 1 hereby direct that with effect from 25 April 2005, the following road sections in Tsim Sha Tsui will be designated restricted zones:— 24 hours daily (a) the section of Middle Road between Hankow Road and Park Drive; (b) the eastern kerbside lane of Kowloon Park Drive from its junction with Middle Road to a point about 20 metres south of the same junction; (c) the western kerbside lane of Hankow Road from its junction with Middle Road to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction; (d ) the section of Hankow Road from a point about 10 metres south of its junction with to a point about 35 metres north of the same junction; (e) the western kerbside lane of Kowloon Park Drive from its junction with Peking Road to a point about 45 metres north of the same junction; ( f ) the eastern kerbside lane of Kowloon Park Drive from its junction with Peking Road to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction; (g) the section of Ashley Road from its junction with Middle Road to a point about 10 metres north of its junction with Peking Road; (h) the section of Peking Road between and Kowloon Park Drive; and (i) the section of Lock Road from its junction with Peking Road to a point about 15 metres north of the same junction. From 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 midnight daily (a) the section of Hankow Road from a point about 10 metres south of its junction with Peking Road to its junction with Middle Road. From 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily (a) the eastern kerbside lane of Hankow Road from its junction with Salisbury Road to its junction with Middle Road. Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:— (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or (b) loading or unloading goods.
