The membership services staff confirmed that currently enrolled student-athletes may participate in competition (e.g., scrimmage) against prospects and/or current full-time students involved in tryouts outside the declared playing and practice season, provided such activities are counted within the weekly hour limitations for out-of-season weight training and conditioning and no coaching activities occur with the enrolled student-athletes. The staff confirmed that under such circumstances, an unlimited number of currently enrolled student-athletes may partici- pate in the tryouts.
