This festival of learning began in 2016 in Southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and in 2019, the festival took root in seven additional regions with support from national co-hosts Remake Learning, PBS Kids and Digital Promise. The regional festivals are intentionally designed with a focus on equity and inclusion and events are hands-on, STEAM- oriented educational experiences for youth of all ages (pre-K through high school) and their families and caregivers. In order to prepare our youth for a time of unprecedented technological and societal change, we must engage families and give them the opportunity to experience creative, relevant learning together. That’s what Remake Learning Days helps us do. With regions joining together across the nation, we are igniting an important conversation about our future.
