1. After turning on the system via Crestron control panel, select/drag-and-drop ​

2. When the display/projector shows instruction on how to connect via AirPlay, note the name of the Apple TV (It should correspond with the building and room number you are currently in)

3. Enabling and Using AirPlay on your device a. Ensure both and WiFi are enabled on your device b. For iPhone or iPad i. Open your 1. For iPhone X, swipe down from the top right corner of your phone 2. For iPhone 8, 8 Plus and older, swipe up from the bottom of your phone 3. For iPad, swipe up from the bottom of your tablet ii. Select “Screen Mirroring”

iii. A list of available Apple TVs will appear iv. Select the name corresponding to the building/room number you are in v. A passcode will appear on the display. Enter the code on your device vi. c. For i. Select the Airplay icon found in your Menu bar

ii. A list of available Apple TVs will appear iii. Select the name corresponding to the building/room number you are in iv. A passcode will appear on the display/projector screen. Enter the code on your device v. The display will show what is currently shown on your device vi. To stop AirPlay, select “Stop Airplay”
