Pre-registration packets and onsite registration will be available during the hours listed below. Monday, June 17 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm Tuesday, June 18 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Wednesday, June 19 6:30 am – 5:00 pm Thursday, June 20 7:30 am – 12:30 pm Meeting Location The conference venue is the Banff Park Lodge & Conference Center, located in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Banff is a picturesque town located in the Rocky Mountains of western Canada, just one hour by shuttle bus from Calgary’s International Airport (to your hotel). Transportation Shuttle transport between Calgary Airport and the hotels can be made through Banff Airporter. CSAS-CMSA delegates receive a 15% discount on the Banff Airporter for shuttle requirements between the Calgary Airport and the Banff Park Lodge. All session rooms will have Master PCs running PowerPoint 2007/2010 in Windows 7. 2. Individual laptops may not be connected to the projectors in the session rooms. 3. Oral presenters must upload their presentation no later than one hour prior to the start of their session. The upload computer will be available at the registration area starting 2 hours prior to the first session of the day. Presentations for upload should be on flash drives. 3 Poster Posters should be placed on the appropriate poster board by 7:00 am Wednes- day, June 19 and remain up all day. Poster presenters should be at their poster for presentation at 7:30 am – 9:00 am on Wednesday, June 19. Posters may be removed at 5:00 pm. Posters may be attached to the board using tacks or velcro.
