The Class Championships and the International Alpine Cup Championship will be sailed in one Regatta. Each Boat will receive two scores: one score for their National Championships, and one score for the International Alpine Cup Championship. The International Alpine Cup Championship will be scored from the whole fleet, the National Championship will be scored from the results of the individual nation fleet.

5. Registration Entry form shall be send to the secretary of C.V.T. before Saturday, 7th of September 2013, on: www.circolovelatorbole.com. The Race Office is open for the Entries until 10.00 a.m. of Wednesday 18th September 2013. The entry fee must be paid in Euro (no other currencies will be accepted) by bank transfer to the bank account of the Circolo Vela Torbole. Any fee for the money transfer must be paid by sender, and the amount must be net for the beneficiary.

6. Regatta Fees The Regatta Fees are:

i. 160,00 Euro – payment before 15th July 2013 ii. 200,00 Euro – payment after 15th July 2013

8. Sign In Documents required for signing in:

a. Valid Third Party Insurance Policy with a minimum value of 2.5 Million Euro

9. Sailing Instructions a. The Sailing Instructions will be handed out when the boat is signed in. b. The Regatta Office will be open from 9.00 a.m. of Tuesday 17th September 2013 c. There are 9 races planned, maximum 3 per day. d. The course sailed will be Up and Down. e. Changes will be published on the Noticeboard.

10. Opening Ceremony/Start a. Opening Ceremony will take place on 19. September 2013. b. Start 19.September 2013, 13.00

11. Scoring a. The National Class Championships will be scored from each nations’ participating sailors. b. The International Alpine Cup Championship will be scored from the scores of all participating sailors. c. The Scoring will follow the Low Point System d. After 5 races have been sailed, one race score will be discarded. e. Changes will be published on the Noticeboard.

12. Prizes a. Prizes will be given as follows the final results for the Overall results and for each national Championship Results.

14. CAR PARKING The car parking will of be free only in the following days: September 18th - September 22nd, 2013 PRIOR EXPOSURE OF THE COUPON AVAILABLE IN OFFICE Please note that you can not park and / or sleep in the parking lot during the night.
