WINEMAKER NOTES The grapes for CORAL White Cabernet Sauvignon are whole-cluster pressed upon arrival at the winery yielding its namesake color with a berry-driven aromatic profile of strawberry and raspberry. A bright acidity keeps the wine fresh and balanced on the palate with a touch of residual sugar. As unique as the Grand Valley itself, this wine is perfect for an afternoon on the patio, with spicy dishes or anything from the grill! VINEYARD DETAILS 100% Theresa’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Six Clones, Planted 2001 PRODUCTION NOTES Unlike traditionally made Cabernet Sauvignon, the fermentation technique for CORAL excludes contact with the grape skins. This process yields a beautiful coral colored wine. In addition to whole cluster pressing, we pick the grapes for CORAL several weeks before we begin the harvest of our traditional red Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottled with just 6 grams per liter residual sugar, this wine is slightly off-dry and balanced with vibrant fruit and acidity. TECHNICAL DATA Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
