She did MBA (Distance) from Sikkim Manipal University. She has previously worked with Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies University, Mumbai. Her teaching interests are Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Operations Management, Research Methodology and Multivariate Analysis. She has contributed her research to peer reviewed journals, book chapters, Monographs, National and International Conferences. Sunita's research interest includes Analytics in Financial Institutions, Risk Management, Market Research and Consumer Behaviour. Apart from academics and research Sunita enjoys writing poems, playing CASIO, sketching, reading books and novels and doing social work. She has also been felicitated by the Hon'ble Governor of Odisha for her contribution to the welfare of the society. Dr. Vina Vani Dr. Vina Vani has a Ph.D. in Statistics and has over 35 years of experience in research and training. She has been associated with MICA since 2008. Dr. Vani is a core team member of the MICA market ratings developed by MICA. She has retired from MICA as a Professor in Quantitative Techniques. She has organized several programs in the areas of Data Analytics and Quality Management. Apart from MICA, she has also lent her expertise to other institutes including the S. P. Jain Institute of Management, IRMA, CEPT, University of Illinois, Fore School of Management, IGNOU and Gujarat University, amongst others.
