Clearly fill out all areas. When you sign up for parties, please write down the number, name and cost of party on YOUR sheet. This will help the bank and it will be your receipt for the night. When you are finished signing up for all the great parties and projects, take this sheet to the Bank to make your payment. Happy bidding and party hopping! Auction Parties: Clearly write your name, phone number and email (one person per line) on the sign-up sheets. Please note the limit on each party. Once the limit on a party is reached, a waiting list will begin (please do not pay in advance if on the waiting list). For parties that have not met their limit on the evening of the Mini-Auction, additional sign-up opportunities will be available through the online store and at the Ice Cream Social until the party limit has been met. Grade Level Parent/Kid Parties do not apply to party limits. Class Projects or Raffle Baskets: Clearly write your name, phone number, email and bid amount. The winning bid is the highest bid at the close of the section. Your signup is a contract and an obligation to purchase the items for the amount of the bid. All class projects must be taken home the night of the auction. If you are bidding for a friend who is not present, payment is still due on Friday night. Raffle tickets will be available for baskets. Payment for all items is due on Friday night. Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and Discover are accepted the evening of the event. *All additional signups must be made via our online store (no personal checks) after the event. 2 Adult Auction Parties P1 Let’s Play Ball…Adult Softball! Join us for a softball game under the lights at MQP’s home baseball field - St. Elizabeth of Hungary. The field will be prepped, groomed and the MQP baseball committee will provide the snacks and beverages. Batter up! Time to let loose and take a break from all of the stress college can provide.... We are taking over the Vreeland house and turning it into the Animal House!! We'll have all of your old favorites: keg beer, "house" punch, flip cup, a game on TV? Who knows? Just wear whatever you want... Old college sweatshirts are totally acceptable.... Maybe even a toga... it all goes... college style... sure to be the party of the year! P3 Come One, Come All, Come Play Adult Dodge Ball! An MQP annual favorite…get ready for a night full of friends, food, drink and....Dodge Ball! Sign up, and we'll take care of the rest. One of our hosts will be your team captain. All you have to do is come ready to play! Maybe if you're lucky, you’ll place higher than your spouse on the other team... hey, it's just a game. Right, honey? What a way to recycle! Bring up to five household items that you are ready to give away. Think small furniture, pictures, holiday decor, etc. "Bid" on items others bring and possibly go home with something new to you! Hostesses will take remaining items to a donation center the next day. A Women’s Defense Class If you missed this one last year, you won’t want to miss it again… Have you ever thought about what you'd do if attacked in a dark parking lot? Do you want to feel more confident in the event you have to protect yourself or your family? This class is designed to enable you with the resources to act and to reduce an assailant’s willingness to act. We will discuss the six zones of safety from the safest to the most dangerous, including real life stories and statistics. This is a “hands-on” class and you will have the opportunity to practice self-defense techniques in each zone. Discover why people leave the program saying they “love it!” and wish they would have brought a friend or family member (not limited to parishioners). A certified martial arts instructor, our very own parishioner Nancy Tuffli, teaches this class! Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time and wear comfortable loose pants and a t- shirt. The class is limited to women 18 and older and requires a signed liability waiver. Minimum 10. 4 P7 Second Annual Iron Chef MQP Whether you’re defending the title or challenging it, this one's for the "foodies" out there! The competition was stiff for the inaugural year; what will the secret ingredient be this year?? Grab your team of six (or sign up and we can find you a team) and show us what you've got! Details will arrive to your designated team captain prior to the event, but each team should be prepared to create three dishes…“secret ingredients”…. *New this year…sign up as an official taster! Date: Saturday, January 21, 2017 Location: The Kitchen of Molly and Jim Kelly Limit: Six teams of six/20 tasters Hosts: The Clark, Hulsen, Hulett, Kelly and Westbrook Families Donation: $20 PP entry fee; $30 PP for “tasters” P8 Sangria Soiree Ladies!!!
