I was delighted to hear that these humming tops are still as popular as ever. Kirstin, Sarah and Sue – even Mae who is originally from the Philippines, all remember having one of these as a child. I think I remember that mine had circus animals on it as well.
One thing we did not have was a top that had a train that hooted, tooted and chugged its way around the track going faster and faster as you spin it.
These will definitely have to be a must in my house at Christmas.
