A14 in Suffolk • Reduced congestion in the Suffolk section and in particular at; Ipswich Junctions 55, 56, 57, 58; Bury st Edmunds Junctions 43 and 44 and Newmarket Junction 37
Ipswich Northern route • Suffolk County Council to establish an Ipswich Northern route
Orwell Bridge • Highways England to prevent and mitigate bridge closures
A12 • Highways England to upgrade and improve the A12 between the A14 and the M25
• Suffolk County Council to upgrade and improve the A12 between the A14 and A47
A11 • Highways England to remove the six roundabouts on the A11 between the A14 and A47
A47 • A47 alliance to achieve upgrades and improvements between the A12 and the A1
A120 • Implementation of Essex County Council’s proposals for improvement to the A120 between London Stansted Airport and Harwich

Rail Network Rail Anglia Upgrading of rail infrastructure especially: • Ely Junction • Haughley Junction • GEML • East – West connections
Greater Anglia • Deliver Norwich in 90 and Ipswich in 60
• Deliver a half hourly minimum frequency between the region’s major towns
• Greater Anglia to reduce journey times on all routes
• A minimum standard of passenger facilities including car and cycle parking
East West Railway Company • East West Rail to continue east all the way to Ipswich
Felixstowe to the North (F2N) • A twice hourly service between Ipswich and Peterborough with improved journey times
• Deliver sufficient capacity to meet both freight and passenger demands
• Electrification of the whole F2N route.
Ipswich to Cambridge • Improved rail access from Ipswich and all of Suffolk to Cambridge
East Suffolk Line • A twice hourly service between Lowestoft and Ipswich and a 60- minute journey time
Wherry Lines • Improved frequency of journeys between Lowestoft and Norwich to every 30 minutes
Air London Stansted Airport • Promote the scheduling of more commercial and long-haul flights
• Improved rail access from Ipswich and all of Suffolk to London Stansted Airport
Norwich International Airport • Norwich International Airport to support further growth in the energy coast
Utilities Broadband • Better Broadband for Suffolk to roll out superfast broadband
• 100% superfast coverage by 2020 and business prioritisation
• Comprehensive 100Mbs coverage by the end of 2025
Electricity • Electricity provision adequate for present and future needs at all employment sites
Mobile technologies • 100% mobile technology coverage by all networks
• Complete 4G roll out across Suffolk
• Early introduction of the 5G network in Suffolk
Water • Water provision and waste water disposal at all employment sites adequate for present and future needs
• Flood risks to be eliminated where businesses are likely
