WALKS SCHEDULE
Guidance to Walkers Please refer to Members Handbook for “Guidance to Walkers” and for information on locating start of walks, maps, using the internet, mobile phones, car share / meeting points etc. If in any doubt, please contact the Walk Leader.
Walk Distances Unless otherwise indicated: A walks 8 to10 miles at a good pace B walks 6 to 8 miles at a moderate pace C walks 4 to 6 miles at a slower pace.
Walk Times All walks start at 10:30, unless otherwise indicated.
All Sunday walks commence at 10:30, with the option to meet at 09:30 to share cars, unless otherwise indicated.
Map and Grid References “Map” identifies a relevant OS map. The Map reference is followed by first the 3+3 digit Grid Reference and then by the Latitude & Longitude (datum WGS84). The Latitude and Longitude is underlined, shown in blue and is linked to Google Maps. Click on the link to open a Web browser to show a Google Map of the reference point.
