Markedshøyskolen er ikke ansvarlig for oppgavens metoder, resultater, konklusjoner eller anbefalinger. 1 Forord Denne bacheloroppgaven er en avsluttende oppgave av bachelorstudiet Reiseliv og Relasjonsledelse ved Markedshøyskolen i Oslo. Vi er to studenter som deler interesse for musikk og festival, og derfor falt vårt valg av tema for oppgaven naturlig for oss. Vi har tatt for oss Norway Rock Festival som case og ønsket ut i fra det å se på hvordan festivalen kan styrke merkebyggingsevnen ved å styrke organisasjonen internt. Vi synes det har vært en spennende, interessant og lærerik oppgave å jobbe med. Vi har møtt et utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende team fra organisasjonen Norway Rock Kvinesdal, som har vært svært så behjelpelige med å dele sin kunnskap og sine synskpunkter med oss. Vi vil takke vår veileder Rune Bjerke for gode innspill gjennom denne prosessen, samt en stor takk til Sander Sværi og Line Kristoffersen som har vært tilgjengelige og behjelpelige med metodedelen i oppgaven vår. Brown, Advisor Between 1984 and 1991, heavy metal became one of the most publicly popular and commercially successful rock music subgenres. The focus of this dissertation is to explore the following research questions: How did the subculture of heavy metal music between 1984 and 1991 evolve and what meanings can be derived from this ongoing process? How did the contextual circumstances surrounding heavy metal music during this period impact the performative choices exhibited by artists, and from a position of retrospection, what lasting significance does this particular era of heavy metal merit today? A textual analysis of metal- related materials fostered the development of themes relating to the selective choices made and performances enacted by metal artists. These themes were then considered in terms of gender, sexuality, race, and age constructions as well as the ongoing negotiations of the metal artist within multiple performative realms. Occurring at the juncture of art and commerce, heavy metal music is a purposeful construction. Metal musicians made performative choices for serving particular aims, be it fame, wealth, or art. These same individuals worked within a greater system of influence. Metal bands were the contracted employees of record labels whose own corporate aims needed to be recognized.

Bandet fortsätter att förse världen med starka alster när de vill och hur de vill. I mars släppte Mustasch singeln "Blood In Blood Out" som spelats en hel del på radio, och redan i dag kommer de med ny hård tonkonst - "What Is Wrong". Med nya singeln vill Mustasch sätta fokus på det faktum att antalet unga män ökar bland de som begår självmord. - "What Is Wrong" är vår kampsång för unga män som lider av psykisk ohälsa. Män förväntas vara starka och vågar inte söka hjälp. Det vill vi i Mustasch ändra på. I samband med att nya singeln släpps, startar vi även kampanjen #whatiswrong. Jag har själv tre döttrar och uppskattar förstås de kampanjer som belyser unga kvinnors situation. Men det är ett faktum att självmord ökar bland unga män och det måste vi sätta stopp för. Vi vill att alla män ska veta att det är en styrkehandling att våga söka hjälp, säger bandets sångare Ralf Gyllenhammar. "What Is Wrong" är Mustaschs andra singelsläpp på den egna skivetiketten Tritonus Records. Bandet kommer att släppa en singel digitalt varje eller varannan månad fram till dess att fullängdaren levereras senare i höst. - Vi vill att fansen ska vara med hela vägen. När skivan sedan släpps i höst så har de redan hunnit lyssna in sig på låtarna när vi åker på turné. Men vi kommer även att addera några extra låtar på vinylen, berättar Ralf.

Aust-Agder og Vest-Agder er to ganske like fylker når det gjelder risiko- og sårbarhetsforhold og har mange felles regionale myndigheter og virksomheter. Fylkesmennene i Agder har derfor valgt å samarbeide om å utarbeide en ny felles risiko- og sårbarhetsanalyse for Aust- og Vest-Agder, forkortet til ROS Agder. Dette er imidlertid et arbeid som fylkesmennene ikke kan gjøre på egenhånd. Vi har samarbeidet med myndigheter og virksomheter som representerer infrastruktur og samfunnsfunksjoner i fylkene, og som har gitt data og informasjon på aktuelle fagområder. Fylkesmennene tror at en slik overordnet gjennomgang av risiko- og sårbarhetsforhold er et viktig grunnlag for beredskapsplanlegging i etater og kommuner. Vi er takknemlige for at sentrale aktører har bidratt i arbeidet med å utarbeide en felles ROS-analyse for fylkene våre. Vi har valgt en kvalitativ/verbal tilnærming til ROS analysen for Agder. Det vil si at den i stor grad vil være uten bruk av tall på sannsynlighet og konsekvens da vi mener dette vil gi det beste oversiktsbildet over risiko og sårbarhet i fylket.

The debut album "Framing our Audience" from 1998 received great reviews from local newspapers and fanzines. Zum Jubiläum der 20jährigen Veröffentlichung des MANOWAR Albums “Kings Of Metal” wurde der gesamte Liveauftritt aufgezeichnet und zudem von einem klassischen Chor und Orchester begleitet. Dieser Livemitschnitt in true surround wird demnächst auch als DVD erhältlich sein. Über 35000 Besucher waren während der 4Tage auf diesem Festival der Superlative und erlebten die Liveperformance mit Pyro-, Light-Shows auf der riesigen 40 Meter-Bühne. Das MILAB SRND 360 wurde auf 5 Metern Höhe frei hängend, am 3-stöckigen FOH-Tower befestigt. Mit einem eigens dafür gefertigten Windschutz für den Ausseneinsatz bestückt, überzeugte das SRND 360 mit gleich bleibend hoher Übertragungsqualität ohne störende Windgeräusche .
