For use in swine only For vaccination of healthy swine, including Swine pregnant sows and gilts, 3 weeks of age or older as For veterinary use only an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by Influenza Vaccine, swine influenza A viruses H1N1, H1N2 and H3N2. A duration of immunity of at least 10 weeks has been H1N1 & H1N2 & established against swine influenza A virus H3N2. This product contains the following Influenza A H3N2 Virus isolates: A/Swine/Iowa/110600/2000 (H1N1); A/Swine/Oklahoma/0726H/2008 (H1N2); A/Swine/ Killed Virus North Carolina/394/2012 (H3N2); and A/Swine/ Minnesota/872/2012 (H3N2). A sterile diluent containing Amphigen® is used to rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine. Directions: Shake diluent before use. Aseptically 250-dose vial of vaccine rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the accompanying adjuvant-containing sterile Rehydrate to 500 mL diluent, shake well, and administer 2 mL intramuscularly. Healthy swine 3 weeks of age or 500 mL vial of sterile diluent older should receive two 2-mL doses administered approximately 3 weeks apart. In young pigs, vaccinate after maternally derived antibodies to swine influenza A viruses have declined. Semi-annual revaccination with a single dose is recommended. Precautions: Store at 2°–7°C.
