-12- Choice of law and court of jurisdiction 12.1. Exclusively German law shall apply to the agreement and legal relationship between the traveller and the ACO. Insofar as German law is not applied for reasons of liability in overseas proceedings brought by the traveller against the ACO, German law shall still apply with regard to the legal consequences, such as with regard to the nature, scope and amount of claims brought by the traveller.
