May 2013 onwards : Permanent staff of National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC) as a Research Officer (Wildlife). Major duties and responsibilities are - Develop innovative approaches for human-wildlife conflict management. Support on capacity building of field staff, conservation partners and local communities through training. - Design and implement different biodiversity and social research in and around Chitwan National Park. - Provide necessary support for research and monitoring programs of NTNC's other projects/prograns in Nepal.

Feb 09 – Apr 13 :Conservation Officer, National Trust for Nature Conservation, Biodiversity Conservation Centre, Sauraha, Chitwan, Nepal; Responsible for designing, managing and conducting research & conservation projects for NTNC.
