Submission of Tender : Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the “Chairman, Marine Department Tender Committee” and placed in the Government Dockyard Tender Box situated at “Room A307, 3rd Floor, Block A, Government Dockyard, Ngong Shung Road, Stonecutters Island, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong” before 11:00 a.m. （ Hong Kong Time ） on Friday, 26 April 2019. Late tenders will not be accepted.
