CATS STATS • The Cats were not assessed a penalty for the first time this season on Nov. 14 vs. WPG. • FLA has not lost consecutive games in regulation. • FLA is tied for the sixth-most goals per game (3.53) and has the second-most shots per game (34.8). • The Panthers have a 54.9 faceoff win percentage over their past seven games.

POWER UP The Panthers have scored at least one power-play goal in each of their last eight games, converting on nine of 27 power-play opportunities (33.3%), which is the second highest PP efficiency in the NHL over that span (since Oct. 28). The franchise record for most consecutive games with a power-play goal is 10 (Nov. 1 - Nov. 21, 2018: 14/38 [36.8%]). They have converted on 25% (15/60) of their PP chances this season, ranking fifth in the league.

HOME SWEET HOME The Cats will play 13 of their next 15 games at BB&T Center, in the midst of their longest stretch of home games this season. FLA has played just seven home games, third-fewest in the league. The Panthers have posted a 3-2-2 record at home this season, averaging 3.71 goals per game and one power-play goal per game.

THIRD PERIOD THREAT FLA has scored 29 third-period goals, which ranks second-most in the NHL. Nov. 12 at BOS, FLA joined WSH (Oct. 25) and WPG (Oct. 4) as the third team to record a comeback win of four or more goals this season. It was the first time in franchise history that FLA overcame a four-goal deficit to win, and was the first time since MIN on Jan. 9, 2010 that a team overcame a four-goal third period deficit. This season FLA has a 4-4-2 record when trailing after two periods, tied for the most points earned (10) in the league.

CHASING FRANCHISE HISTORY Jonathan Huberdeau and Aleksander Barkov each sit in the top five in Panthers franchise assists and points, and are sixth (Barkov) and seventh (Huberdeau) in franchise goals. Barkov is one goal away from tying Nathan Horton for fifth on the franchise goal-scoring list. With a three-assist performance on Nov. 12 at BOS, Huberdeau tied Stephen Weiss' franchise assist record. Barkov's two assists in the same game moved him into a tie for fourth-most assists in franchise history with Robert Svehla. Barkov leads FLA with nine multi-point games, and Huberdeau has seven. Q-UEST FOR 900 Panthers Head Coach Joel Quenneville owns an 899-537-142-77 record as a head coach in the NHL. His 899 regular season wins are the second most in NHL history behind Scotty Bowman (1,244) and stands one win shy of becoming only the second head coach in NHL history to reach the 900 win mark. A four-time champion, Quenneville has won three championships as a head coach and has amassed a 118-97 record over 215 postseason contests as head coach. Quenneville is one of only 11 head coaches in NHL history to win the Stanley Cup on three occasions. In the salary cap era, Quenneville is the only NHL head coach to win the Stanley Cup three times.

NHL Head Coach Wins, All-Time 1. Scotty Bowman - 1,244 2. Joel Quenneville - 899

JONNY B. GOOD Jonathan Huberdeau notched three assists Nov. 12 at BOS, his 100th career multi-point game. The Saint-Jerome, Quebec, native leads FLA in goals (9) and is second in points (9-15-24). He has registered points in 15 of FLA's 19 games, including three two-goal games. His three third-period assists Nov. 12 at BOS matched the franchise record for most in a single period, achieved on eight occasions – with Scott Mellanby (Jan. 13, 1999 vs. TOR) the only other to do so in the final frame. All nine of Huberdeau's goals this season have been scored at even-strength, tied for fourth-most in the league. He posted his second consecutive multi-goal game Nov. 2 vs. DET, the 18th of his career, which trails only Pavel Bure (31) and Olli Jokinen (31) for most in franchise history. His nine power- play points are tied with Yandle for most on the Panthers through 19 games.

OH , MY CAPTAIN Aleksander Barkov enters today's contest on a seven-game point streak (6-6-12). The 24-year-old native of Tampere, Finland, leads FLA in assists (19), which ranks tied for fourth-most in the league. He leads the team in points (25). 16 of his 25 points have come at even strength, which leads FLA and is tied for fifth-most in the Eastern Conference. Florida's captain is tied for most power-play points (9) with Yandle and Huberdeau, and leads all Panthers forwards with 20:04 time on ice per game.

DON'T WAKE DADDY With eight goals and 16 points, Evgenii Dadonov enters tonight's game second on FLA in goals and third in points. He has nine points (4-5-9) in his last ten games. The native of Chelyabinsk, Russia is tied for the lead on FLA in power-play goals (4). Since returning to FLA in 2017-18, Dadonov has scored 64 goals, behind only Aleksander Barkov (68) and Jonathan Huberdeau (66) on FLA.

READY FOR TAKE HOFF Mike Hoffman posted two assists Nov. 14 vs. WPG, extending his point streak to three games (1-3-4). He scored a power-play goal and tallied the shootout winner Nov. 12 at BOS. The Kitchener, Ontario, native leads FLA in shots (53) and is tied for the team lead in power-play goals (4).

HIGHWAY BOBBERY Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 34 of 36 shots against for a .944 save percentage Nov. 9 at NYI. He stopped all 22 shots against Nov. 2 vs. DET in his first shutout as a Panther, which was the 34th regular-season shutout of his career. It was his 23rd since 2015-16, which is the most in the NHL over that time. Bobrovsky has earned at least one point in eight of his last 12 starts (5-3-3).

IRON YANDS Keith Yandle notched two assists Nov. 14 for his second consecutive multi-point game. He posted his 100th career multi-point game Nov. 12 at BOS, scoring the game-tying goal and adding two assists. He has eleven points over his last eight games (1-10-11) and is on a four-game point streak (1-6-7). Yandle is the NHL’s active “Iron Man” streak leader, expected to play in his 817th consecutive regular season game today. The Boston, Mass., native played in his 800th consecutive game on Oct. 8 vs. CAR, making him the first U.S.-born player to reach that milestone and only the fifth all-time. Florida's 2019 NHL All-Star is tied for the team lead in power-play points (9). He currently leads FLA's defensemen in assists (13) and points (15). His 150 assists as a Panther are tied for second-most by a Panthers defenseman in franchise history with Jay Bouwmeester, and his 174 points are one away from tying Brian Campbell for most points by a Panthers D-man. He is currently tied for the team lead in plus-minus (+5).

VINCENT THE MAGNIFICENT Vincent Trocheck tallied two third-period goals Nov. 14 vs. WPG. The Pittsburgh, P.A., native leads FLA with three shootout goals on five attempts, including two game-deciding goals.
